Leon and Ada and their happy monk friends

The J-Rock Chalet on 3rd & 4th Dec 05 didn't seem too long ago although it's almost 2 years now but it was most memorable because some coksters whipped out Resident Evil 4 and played it throughout the period of the chalet while I watched away. After that, I became somewhat fanatic over it.

Within that week, Neca's RE4 Series 1 figures arrived and I bagged all 4 of the figures in that series - Leon, Ada, Chainsaw Ganado & Verdugo!

Despite having not played the game still, I went gaga half a year later in July 06 when Neca RE4 Series 2 arrived. I swiped all 8 of them - Regenerator (Iron Maiden) + Garrador + Krauser + Los Illuminados Monks (Bald, Skull, Shield, Red) without remorse for my wallet! 2 of the monk figures were particularly difficult to get, and I do not expect many collectors in Singapore to own the full Series 2 set. I was one of the crazy few.

It was only this year that I managed to lay my hands on the PC version of the game and I stuck to it like an obsessed hormonally-charged fangirl to her poppy girly-boy idol whose looks I can barely distinguish from that of another. Hmmm, maybe not that crazy.

But still crazy enough to take a shot of Leon and Ada in the company of their happy monk friends:
